Jo Ann has been an appraiser for over 8 years. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Colorado since 2002. She has appraised properties for a variety of clients in many locations around the Denver Metro area and the front range. As a staff appraiser for a large appraisal firm for seven years, her knowledge and experience base is vast. This knowledge and experience has brought to Deer Creek Appraisals a solid foundation in the residential appraisal industry.
Jo Ann is also an appraisal instructor for a well-known Colorado real estate education provider. She has been teaching appraisal courses for over 3 years. In 2008, Jo Ann became a USPAP certified instructor through the Appraisal Foundation. This part of her career is an extension from her first career of being a secondary education teacher in the public school system.
As an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, Jo Ann is persuing her SRA designation. Jo Ann holds a current real estate appraiser license, has a bachelors degree in mathematics, is a mother of 5 children and a wife of 24 years.
